Based in Halol (Gujarat), Nijal Industries was incorporated in the July, 2000. Our company is a partnership firm that came into existence through the efforts of Mr. Ashik Shah and Mr. Nandubhai Bhatt.

Resources

 

We have a vast 3, 50, 000 Sq. Ft. spread manufacturing facility having two sheds of 30, 000 Sq. Ft each. Our facility is equipped with fully-automated machinery and ultramodern technologies. Furthermore, with annual production capacity of 18000 MT, we meet bulk requirements with ease. In addition, we have 4 hydraulic tractors with trolleys, 2 loaders for material loading & movement, 2 JCB machines, 7 furnaces with production capacity of 1800 MT / Month, 2 pulverizer machines and 2 Raymond mills having capacity of 2000 MT/month.  

We have also supplied Steel Section to Shipyards in various sizes and shapes. These Marine Grade Steel Sections are highly recommended by the designers for its benefits during the construction as well as end-product’s life. Our Steel Sections are widely preferred due to its special profile and its resistance to corrosive effects.

Packaging

 

To ensure Industrial Chemicals are protected against microbiological, mechanical and chemical invasions, we use superior grade packaging mediums. These mediums are robust, wear-tear resistant, non-toxic and sanitary. In addition, they are apt for enduring warehousing, transportation, loading, shifting etc. Furthermore, they are properly labeled to disseminate required information.

Inventory Control Management

 

Since, we stock up a wide assortment of products in large quantity; setting up an inventory control management system becomes imperative for us. It helps us keep records of ingredients, work-in-progress, finished goods and maintenance supplies. Our system protects against stock-out situations. In addition, it empowers us to maintain all time availability of product by intimating us when a product amount is running low.
